Stage Four Motorsports Warranty
Stage Four Motorsports offers no warranty, express or implied on new or used items sold, due to the nature of the automotive performance industry and performance oriented parts.
Manufacturers Warranty
Stage Four Motorsports will return any purchased item to the manufacturer for warranty assessment on behalf of the customer within the specified warranty period, only for coverage provided by the manufacturer. Stage Four Motorsports is not responsible for any installation costs, removal costs, shipping costs, labor costs, handling costs, or any other associated costs incurred. Stage Four Motorsports is not responsible for shipping costs incurred for transit from our facility to the manufacturers and vice versa for warranty claim assessment, and this cost is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Before an item is returned, the customer must contact Stage Four Motorsports to receive a return authorization number. Returns or exchanges are absolutely not accepted on special ordered items. Special ordered items are items that are not found on our website.
Refunds and exchanges are permitted for returned unused, uninstalled, unopened merchandise; in the exact condition it left our facility for 15 days from customer acquisition. All refunds or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that Stage Four Motorsports is at fault for the return or exchange, the 20% restocking fee is waived and shipping costs will be the responsibility of Stage Four Motorsports. Stage Four Motorsports reserves the right to use our discretion in determining who is at fault for the return or exchange. Stage Four Motorsports is not liable for any installation costs, removal costs, labor costs, handling costs, or any other associated costs incurred. Refunds will be issued in the form of a mailed cheque or tendered in the same method of payment, as per Stage Four Motorsports discretion, within 15 days from receipt of the item.
Shipping
Shipping times vary for different items, depending on the manufacturer of that item and whether or not it is in stock. For items in stock, the customer will typically receive it within 3-5 business days. For items not in stock, the customer will typically receive it within 10-12 business days. The customer will be informed of an ETA when the order is placed. Any taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other fees incurred are solely the responsibility of the customer as we are not able to calculate that for every location we ship to. We normally ship to anywhere in Canada and the United States. We will ship to other international locations on a case by case basis.
Prices
Stage Four Motorsports reserves the right to change posted prices at any time, with or without prior notice. Under the circumstance that a purchase is made through the website at an incorrectly listed price or currency, Stage Four Motorsports reserves the right to refuse completion of the transaction, and issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Privacy
Stage Four Motorsports collects NO financial information on our website during purchases. This information is collected and safeguarded by Internet Secure, a specialized e-commerce payment provider. Their privacy policy can be viewed at http://www.internetsecure.com/privacy.htm

Stage Four Motorsports reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. If this amendment results in a differentiation in the handling process of protected material in an adverse way, the customer will be notified.
Stage Four Motorsports takes necessary precautions to safeguard any information collected, however cannot be held liable for actions beyond our power such as hackers, theft, and malicious or illicit employee actions.
On the website, users may voluntarily submit their own personal information via web-form or email if they wish to receive price quotes or a response to an inquiry. This information is kept on record to identify the customer if they contact us again, and not for any other purpose. This information stays confidential and Stage Four Motorsports does NOT release or share any information to anyone, unless required to do so by law. If users wish to be entered into our mailing list, they must select that option from the website.
The Stage Four Motorsports website may collect information such as usage data, IP address, and visit times, to use in identifying our target market as well as visiting/buying patterns. This information is also kept completely confidential.
