Shipping policy
IN STOCK ITEMS
If our website shows that an item is in stock, it means that it is either in stock at our facility or it is in stock at one of our distributors.
- Brands we stock at our facility: HARDRACE, Element, Red Line, Feel Good Autoworks (suspension hardware), Stage Four Motorsports (apparel) and all clearance items. These will ship within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed.
- Brands stocked at our distributors: All other brand shown on the website. These items will ship within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed, depending on the brand.
NOT IN STOCK ITEMS
If our website shows that an item can be purchased with a lead time of 2-4 weeks, your order will ship within 2-4 weeks. In rare cases where an item is on back order from the manufacturer, we will contact you with the updated lead time. If you decide that the lead time is too long, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
HARDRACE
We receive stocking orders from Hardrace every 8-12 weeks. Manufacturer backordered items or special order items could take as long as 16 weeks.
SHIPPING COSTS
- All order over $200 CAD will ship for free within Canada
- All orders less than $200 CAD will ship within Canada for a flat-rate of $10
- All USA orders will ship for the price calculated at checkout. Please note that this price includes all import fees, duties and taxes. You will not receive any surprise charges upon delivery.
- International orders will ship for the price calculated at checkout. Taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
