Borla 2005–2009 Mustang GT / 2007–2009 Shelby GT500 Touring Axle-Back Exhaust

Borla®'s Touring Axle-Back system for the 2005–2009 Ford Mustang GT and 2007–2009 Shelby GT500 uses 2.5" diameter tubing and weighs less than the factory system. Its Touring mufflers provide a mellow sound without interior drone and have flow characteristics that Borla® associates with power gains. Each muffler assembly has a single 4" round, bright-chrome tip made from T-304 stainless steel. Borla®'s experience with Mustang exhaust includes work with racing teams and tuners such as Roush, Steeda, Saleen, Ford Racing, and Shelby. The unique muffler and exhaust configuration cancels additional high-frequency sound waves, while increased exhaust flow supports performance from other aftermarket upgrades. Two Axle-Back options are available: the S-Type (PN 11750) and the more mellow Touring (PN 11752). Both replace only the over-the-axle pipes, mufflers, and tips. The free-flow exhaust uses high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, which Borla® describes as superior to 409 or aluminized steel, and patented, award-winning, race-winning technology intended to improve sound, performance, and fuel economy. It installs with bolts and includes a written Million-Mile Warranty.
